Make Doshdik your homepage   2009-11-03 দূরের ভূবন আপন জানালা জাপান-যাপনঃ সূর্য,সামুরাই ও সাকুরার স্বর্গ     আহসান হাবীব ইমরোজ     জাপান । ‘আমি হব সকালবেলার পাখি’র স্বপ্নমাখা শৈশব থেকেই শব্দটি কানে বিশেষ অনুরণন সৃষ্টি করতো। এরপর ‘বিশ্বটাকে দেখবো আমি আপন হাতের মুঠোয় পুরে ’এমন বজ্র চেতনার কৈশোরেও জাপানের পতাকার টকটকে লাল সূর্যটি মনোদিগন্তে প্রায়ই উদয় হতো। তারুণ্যের মনটা কষ্টে ভেঙ্গে পড়তো ফ্যাটম্যান আর লিটলবয়ের হিরোশিমা,নাগাসাকির ভয়ঙ্কর ধ্বংসের কাহিনী জেনে। যৌবনে অভিভূত হলাম তার মিরাকলিক শিল্পায়ন আর কায়জান ফিলোসফির ফলাফল জেনে। আর এইবার প্রথম জাপান গিয়ে শূধু সেই স্বপ্নের দেশ দর্শনই নয়, অবাক কান্ড! যেন নিজেকেই আবিস্কার করলাম জাপানের এক শক্তিশালী প্রেমিক হিসেবে। চিচিংফাক - এএনকিউ।। বিশ্বখ্যাত আরব্য রজনীর সেই বিখ্যাত ‘আলীবাবা ও চল্লিশ চোর’এর সঞ্চিত সম্পদের গুহায় ঢোকার ম্যাজিককোড ‘চিচিংফাক’ শব্দটি আলীকে মহাধনী করেছিল।আর তেমনি আমাদের জাপান যাওয়ার রাস্তাটি দেখিয়েছিল বিশশতকের্এক চিচিংফাক - এএনকিউ। সেই মজার কথাটিই বলছি। গত জুলাইয়ের শেষ সপ্তাহের কোন একদিন । সকল গড়িয়ে দুপুর ছুইছুই । বিদ্যুৎ নেই। সে সময় অনেকেই টিপ্পনী কেটে বলাবলি করতো আমাদের দেশে বিদ্যুৎ যায় বললে রং হবে,বরং আসে। গরমে হাসফাস করছিলাম। হঠাৎ ভাইব্রেশন দেয়া সেল সেটটি কেপে উঠলো...স্ক্রিণে চোখ দিয়েই বুঝলাম, হাসিঁখুশি কবির ভাই। তিনি ঢাকার বাড্ডার একটি নামকরা প্রতিষ্ঠান এভারগ্রীণ ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্কুলের প্রিন্সিপাল কাম মালিক । একজন হিতৈষী হিসেবে নিজ উদ্যোগে আমার খোজ নিতে গিয়ে জানালেন জাপান যাত্রার খবর। তার সূত্রধরেই বিএসটিকিউএমের (সাবধান! কোন বিদেশী শব্দ ভেবে দ্রুত উচ্চারণ করতে গিয়ে কেউ যেন দাঁত না ভাঙ্গেন,আসলে বাংলাদেশ সোসাইটি ফর টোটাল কোয়ালিটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট শব্দপঞ্চের অদ্যাক্ষর নিয়ে এটি গঠিত) সেক্রেটারী ইঞ্জিনিয়ার খায়রুল বাশার স্যারের কাছ থেকে স্ববিস্তারিত জানলাম। এএনকিউ তথা ‘এশিয়ান নেটওয়ার্ক ফর কোয়ালিটি ’ এ আয়োজনের উদ্যোক্তা। সাভারের এসেড স্কুলের স্বপনভাই, স্যরি সাভারের কেউ নামটি পড়লে ভিমরীখাবে! চোখ কচঁলে হয়তো আবারো পড়বে, কোন স্বপন ভাই ? হ্যা,আপনাদের সদয় অবগতির জন্য বলছি প্রিন্সিপাল স্যারের পুরো নামটি কিন্তু নুরুজ্জামান স্বপন। তিনিও জানালেন যাওয়ার আয়োজন করছেন।এ রকম একটি মহাসংবাদ শুনে আনন্দে আত্নহারা হয়ে উঠলাম। ভাগ্যিস রেজিষ্ট্রেশনের আরো প্রায় পনেরদিন সময় আছে। চটজলদি লাইটহাউস ফাউন্ডেশনের এক্রি্কিউটিভ মেম্বারদের সাথে ফোনালাপ করে ফেল্লাম। ফাউন্ডেশনের পক্ষ হতে টোকিওতে এমনিতেই আমাদের একটি স্কুল করার পরিকল্পনা আছে। কাজেই বিষয়টিকে সবাই উৎসাহের সাথেই নিলেন। বিশেষকরে মাসুদ ভাই,মোস্তাফিজ ভাই,জাহানুর, মেহেদী ভাই,যোবায়ের ,আতাউর ভাই যারপর নাই উৎসাহ দিলেন । ওদিকে লাইটহাউস ফাউন্ডেশনের ডিরেক্টর জাপান প্রবাসী সফল তরুণ আইটি ব্যবসায়ী ,স্মার্ট ও কর্মপাগল বন্ধুবর সানাউল হক কে বিষয়টি জানালাম। তিনি বরং কয়েক কাঠি সরেস,- বলেই ফেললেন টোকিওতে যেহেতু স্কুল করতে চান সুতরাং প্রস্তাবিত কান্ডারী সিকান্দর আলী স্যারকেও নিয়ে আসুন রথ দেখা ( রথের জায়গায় বরং মেলা পড়ুন কারণ এখন রথ পাবেন কোথায়) ও কলা বেচা (আমাদের কলা ওরা যে কিনবে না এটা নিশ্চিত করে বলা যায়,বরং গার্মেন্টস সামগ্রী ভালো জমবে)দুটিই হবে। সিকান্দার আলী খান তিনি গভার্নমেন্ট ল্যাবরেটরী স্কুলের সিনিয়ার ইংরেজি শিক্ষক। তাকে শুধু সদালাপি আর হাসিখুশি বললে নির্ঘাত তার বন্ধুরা গোস্বা করবেন। বরং এর সুপারলেটিভ ডিগ্রী (যেটি আমার ভান্ডারে আপাততঃ নেই) বলতে পারলে কাছাকাছি যাওয়া হবে। সদ্য প্রতিষ্ঠিত লাইটহাউস ক্যারিয়ার কলেজের কার্যক্রম চলছে তখন ব্যাপকভাবে। মির্জা,সবুজ অলি,বেলাল ও হেমায়েত ভাইদের কাছে এক মিটিং এ বিষয়টি পাড়লাম। ভেবেছিলাম কলেজের কাজের কথা ভেবে তারা কিছুটা গররাজি হবে, কিন্তু না তারা সব কাজ নিজেদের কাধে তুলে নিয়ে বরং প্রায়ই বলতেন কবে এয়ারপোর্টে আমাদের সি-অফ করবেন। কয়েক কিস্তিতে উভয়ের রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফি বাবদ বাংলাদেশি সাড়ে দশ হাজার টাকা করে জমা দিলাম বিএসটিকিউএম এর সদাহাস্যময় ‘নো প্রোবলেম’মার্কা মনোভাবের হাসান মাহমুদ ভাইয়ের কাছে। ইসলামিক টিভির খবর পাঠক হাসা---ন মাহমুদের সুবাদে নামটি ভালই রপ্ত থাকে। এবার আসা যাক এএনকিউ এর কথায়,এশিয়ান নেটওয়ার্ক ফর কোয়ালিটি সংক্ষেপে এএনকিউ প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় ২০০২ সালে জাপানে। এশিয়ার কিছু অলাভজনক সংগঠনের সমন্বয়ে,যাদের পরিকল্পনা হচ্ছে বিজ্ঞান ও কারিগরিবিদ্যার উন্নতির মাধ্যমে মানুষের জীবন ও শিল্পায়নের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাপক উন্নতি। এএনকিউ একটি প্লাটফরম হিসেবে তার সদস্য দেশগুলোর মধ্যে মৌখিকভাবে ও শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে পারস্পারিক জ্ঞান ও অভিজ্ঞতার বিনিময় সাধন করে যা তারা অর্জন করেছেন গবেষণা ও উন্নতির মাধ্যমে । তার সদস্য সংগঠনসমূহ নিন্মরূপ; ANQ Member Organizations Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) Bangladesh China Association for Quality (CAQ) China Chinese Society for Quality (CSQ) Chinese Taipei Dubai Quality Group (DQP) Dubai Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ) Hong Kong International Association for Quality Managers and Auditors (IAQMA) Kazakhstan Indian Society for Quality (ISQ) India Indonesian Quality Management Associate (IQMA) Indonesia Iranian Society for Quality Managers (ISQM) Iran Japanese Society of Quality Control (JSQC) Japan Korean Society for Quality Management (KSQM) Korea Network for Quality Productivity ans Competitiveness Nepal (NQPCN) Nepal Quality and Productivity Society of Pakistan (QPSP) Pakistan Russian Organization for Quality (ROQ) Russia Singapore Quality Institute (SQI) Singapore The Standards ans Quality Association of Thailand (SQAT) Thailand Vietnam Quality Association of Ho Chi Minh City (VQAH) Vietnam এএনকিউ এর বর্তমান চেয়ারপার্সন আমাদের প্রতিবেশি ভারতের জনাব জনক মেহতা। তিনি ভারতের কার্বন কর্পোরেশন লিঃ এর জিএম থেকে প্রেসিডেন্ট, ইন্ডিয়ান সোসাইটি ফর কোয়ালিটি আর আজকে এএনকিউ এর চেয়ারপার্সন। আর কোনিহিকো ওহনুমা হচ্ছেন জাপানে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য এএনকিউ কংগ্রেসের চেয়ারম্যান উভয়ের আসন্ন কংগ্রেসের স্বাগত বক্তব্যটি ছিল চমৎকার আর তাদেরই ভাষায় তা তুলে ধরা হল। Welcome Message from the Chairperson ANQ: 7th ANQ Congress at Tokyo from September 15 to 18, 2009 provides a unique opportunity for quality professionals from all over Asia to share their experiences and learn from each other in the field of quality management through research and its application. Prosperity, the main theme of ANQ Congress 2009 Tokyo is taken from one of the Goals, the Reason for its Existence, in the ANQ way. “Prosperity” in The ANQ Way is stated as: “Contributing to the prosperity of not only the current generation but also leaving a legacy for the future generations through appropriate focus on material, social and environmental issues, limiting consumption of abundant natural resources that may not be easy to renew, limiting damage to the environment that can be restored through natural activity.” Here the definition of prosperity has to be read in the context of the other super-ordinate Goal of ANQ Way the ‘Quality of Human Life’ that states: ‘Contributing to the Quality of Human Life where people live with dignity and achieve balance in fulfilling physical, emotional, intellectual and self-actualization needs in harmony with nature.’ This is at variance with the current context of prosperity as defined in the western developed societies that primarily focuses on the GDP growth purely through market driven economy. This approach has the following attributes: • This creates a short term focus. • This tends to show the market overrides human well being. The money power of the market players through the mass media influences the people behavior in favor of immediate physical needs often at the cost of long term prosperity in terms of other human needs. It disregards the needs of other beings. • This assumes GDP growth by itself will lead to balance in human life. This is not necessarily true as reflected in the current economic turmoil. It is believed the Asian Way can make a useful contribution in developing an alternate model through a new definition of quality as enunciated in the ANQ Way that may lead to prosperity in a holistic way in balance with the nature and within the composite nature of the human being.
